FaMiLy FuN!

Well, On the weekends we try to do something fun with our kids every so often so we just don't sit around and be bored out of our little minds! We try to find something that is really inexpensive. This weekend on Friday, we made treats for the kids! They are S'Mores with Golden Grahames. They are sooo good! Our kids had fun helping dad make them and then eating them! On Saturday, we went Bowling in Bountiful. It is fairly inexpensive and the kids love it! We had done this a couple of weeks ago and I almost had a chance of beating my husband...but I didn't. This time we each did crapy, but he still beat me! Yes, I lost to everyone, even my own kids beat me! We all had fun! Here are a few pictures of our FAMILY ACT.!

2:00 Church.....can be a drag!

So this year we are sooooo luck to have the 2:00 church once again! Can I just tell you what a drag it is to have 3 kids this time around going to church at 2:00 and getting out at 5:00. Kids are fussy, hungry, tired, aunry. You are tired, hungry, want the day to end. Sunday's are sooo hard at our house. Yes, we have all morning to get ready (too much time)but by the time we get to church, I have 2 girls that are tired and 1 boy that is hungry again and wants to go to Primary (Yes, he loves Primary and can't wait to get there). It just makes for a very long day! an a very tiresome day...might I add. We need to get a better church schedule. I would love to go at 8:30 and be done by 11:30, shy we can't do that.....has my mind totally confused! Yes our church is a small church, but if we moved every ward up by 1/2 hour, we could all be done by 4:00 or so and it would make life somewhat easier! (Now they just need a Nursery for all the kids 12-18 mos)! That would be great! Just all the moms take turns trading off! It would work GREAT!!!! We have a great ward and a terrific Bishopbric and such wonderful nice people to help with everything, I can't complain about our ward....we just need the times switched up and we need the boundaries re aligned to make our ward a little bigger. I have never been in a ward with so many inactive families. We have a small attendance in our ward!

New Song:

So, Blake likes to sing along to the songs in the car, and I really like Tim McGraw and so I had lost my CD, but finally I found it and had been playing it today and Blake can sing a long to the "1 2 3" song and so I recorded him singing it today and come to find out...Marissa can sing a long to it also which made me laugh cause I didn't even know she knew it! So here is some footage of them singing and dancing. Also my parents got a new TV and it came in a HUGE box so we brought that box to our house....and my kids have loved it! They have colored in it and we made an opening for the door and a little window for it! It has made a GREAT play toy for them! "THANKS" mom and dad!

Jaci VS Yogurt!

Jaci loves yogurt, so my sister was over the other day for a min and Jaci wanted a yogurt before she went down for a nap, so we decided to give her a yogurt with a spoon, might I add. She still doesn't do well with a spoon, so her she is going after the yogurt with her hands and can we say "WHAT A MESSY CHILD"!!

Marissa's Staple fo Life!

I had to take a Picture of Marissa's staple of life. Those things are: her "mommy lighten McQueen", her "daddy Lighten McQueen" and her "baby lighten McQueen" and don't forget her strawberry milk! She has always loved the movie "cars" and she had these cars that she always had to sleep with and always carry around with her. We finally got her some new ones for Christmas! She still carries them around with her and sleeps with them. As for the "Berry Milk", she will not drink plain old milk, so I give her "Berry Milk", since she needs all the fat she can get....why not! She is growing....slowly and gaining weight at a good pace I suppose. I believe this fall, my two girls will be about wearing the same clothes even though Marissa will be 3 and Jaci will be 2, Jaci is catching up pretty fast at a good rate! She will be bigger than Marissa one of these day's! But hey, My siblings are all BIGGER than me. Yes, I am the shortest of them all!!

A week of events:

Well, this week my hubby has been gone on a business trip and I have been bored at home with 3 kids and no one to look forward to for coming come and giving me a break! It's been hard but we have done some stuff. My mom came down one evening and brought us Pizza and bought me a Long Black Jacket that I absolutely love! (Thanks mom)! The other night I have my sister and her hubby over for dinner since she is in Nursing school and stressed out of her mind. SO it was good to break up her evening and also mine! (Thanks guys for coming over and playing with my kids)!! Today I have a picture of them playing in Finger Paints! I decided to go to Joann and get them something cheap to do while Jaci was sleeping so here they are decorating their pictures in Finger paints. They (especially Marissa) loved it! She kept telling me that she was "Messy"!! I also made Banana Bread (my favorite). So as you can tell.....I really don't do a whole lot, but play on the computer mostly and clean my house! Although I have been scrap booking a little bit and I have started reading "Twlight" and I am on CH. 12 as of right now! I do actually like reading it and look forward to reading the next chapter! It's got me intrigued!
Here my fun jacket that my mamma bought me:

Saturday with the Kids!

Well, today we did some stuff with our kids! (Tony was suppose to go rabbit hunting....but everyone bailed out on him and he was pretty pissed). So, instead I suggested that we do something fun with the kids. This is what we did: we went Bowling in Bountiful and the kids loved it and it was cheap for all of us! Then we took the kids to Wendy's for lunch and they thought that was great fun! WE then took a drive to Orem to get a pair of pants that I wanted for Marissa that were on KSL.com (the best classifieds). We did't get home till about 2:30, but it was fun and we were all together and spent time together. I almost hurt my husband's ego by almost beating him. He got a 99 and I got a 98 so it was alright! It was fun though. Blake and Marissa had a lot of fun and we decided that we should do this more often!
