Up date on re-Model...

As we speak (write this), we have the cabinet guy installing our kitchen cabinets! He has already done the bathroom. All we need to do now is to put up or new towel rings and install the granite and sink and then put everything back together! The cabinets look great and I am very happy for how they are putting them together! We got the natural Birch Cabinets and then we are just using our knobs that we put on our other cabinets (the black ones). I will be one very happy person when my house is not a mess anymore and I can feel like I have somewhere to eat and shower in a normal day! For the moment we have been eating in our living room or outside or up at my moms and grandmas and then we have ALL been using our downstairs bathroom which only has a shower, sink and toilet....(what more do you need hu!), Let me tell ya....I need more!! We also got us a new table from RC Willey, We just need to put it together and all will be good!! It's a darker wood top with black legs and black chairs! It will match our kitchen very well!!
Well here are some pictures of what it was before and what it is now!

Blake's Graduation!

Blake graduated Pre-school today! Such a fun day for him! Tony took the day off so he could come and also work on the house too! Blake did such an amazing job and it was fun to see all the kids do their parts! For Blake's part he kinda forgot it and needed some help reminding him, but he said, "I am sammy square, I am the shape of a box!" He was cute! On a funny side...about in the middle of it, he started to kinda hold himself (as he does when he needs to go potty) and so I turned to tony and told him to look at his child and he said he needs to go potty. So I went up to his teacher and as soon as I did that, his other teacher grabbed him off the stage and I took him to the bathroom! It was kinda funny at the moment. I don't know if anyone else caught on to what he was doing, but me as his mom.....kinds embarrassing for me!!! Blake is a wonderful boy and we are proud of him!!

Today my grandpa came down this afternoon and they are putting in some new panel doors upstairs and also putting in some molding in our bathroom where we had to rip it up to do tile! It is coming along....but it needs to come faster because i hate living in a mess!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MARISSA!!

Today was Marissa's birthday! She turned 3 today and got spoiled rotten! Before my parents left to vermont and Penn. we had a party with them and she got spoiled! Tonight we had a party with Tony's family and she also got spoiled! She got a scooter, HS Musical Barbies, jump rope and necklaces, Princess Chair, a new bike with a Princess helmet!, Jaci thought all the toys were for her! She was really having a hard time with it all! Marissa really had a good birthday!! We love you Marissa and glad you are in our family! You are sweet and kind and loving and fun to be with! She also has quite the personality and likes to do what Blake is doing but also will sit in her room with Jaci and they will laugh and play together! It is fun to listen to them! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET GIRL!

Kitchen

Well, we have started ripping away at our kitchen! Tony took out the island and we have tile there now. Our bathroom upstairs is ripped out also and we have put time in there too! (we are not using the downstairs bathroom....getting our exercise)!! It is a process. This weekend I think I am going to paint my bathroom, we got new fixtures, all we need now is a mirror! They will be bringing our cabinets on Tuesday of next week and then installing them on Wed. and then a week after that they will install the granite (because they have to make a template for our counter top and sink)! I will be great ful when It is all finished....we may be having one big party at my moms house while everyone is there...! (fun, hu mom)!! So here are some pictures of our new tile!

This week has also been very busy!! Tony has been working everyday, still keeping very busy at his job! I worked 2 days this week for one of the Pediatricians upstairs. It was nice, but now i have a lot to do! Thanks to my sister n law and my sister for watching my kids! I greatly appreciate it! They save me every time!! I also have mosquito bites all over me and I must be allergic to them because at work on Wed, my ankle was swollen and itched like crazy. still itches and now I have one on my chest and on the top of my forehead! They must like my blood!! Tomorrow (friday) is Blake's pre-school graduation! He has loved pre-school and has really learned a lot! We are so proud of him! I will attach pictures after his graduation! He has really loved his teachers at preschool! They have been great!

yes, I don't know how to put captions under my pictures or stagger them how i would like too!! sorry!

The living Aquarium

Today, we went to the Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy, since we came home early from Moab, and we did something fun with the kids! They enjoyed it. I don't think it was worth the 8.00/person and 6.00 for child, but it was an experience. They need to make it bigger so you have more to do and stay longer! It was fun. A little on the expensive side!! Next time, we will go to the zoo again....worth your money! Here are some pictures of us all!

okay......last ones...

here are more...in that last picture... we saw people rock climbing so we took a picture of them!! They were crazy!!

More pictures.....here we come!

Here are some more pictures of our Trip. On our way up to Arches....there was a steep rock to climb up....it was forever, also, we saw a deer and some lizards!!

MOAB....Here we came!!!!

Yes, we went to Moab and back. It was a fun get a way from the kiddos, but I did miss them. We went Sunday-Tuesday (May 3-5th). Tony and I had a blast. We got there Sunday afternoon. That afternoon we went on a Hummer Safari tour through some wicked bumps that about freaked me out and I wasn't sure if I was going to make out alive...but to say I did. It did turn out really fun and it was fun to do that. A little pricy....but fun. That night before dark, we went on a small hike and that was fun. Monday we hiked all day. We hiked Double O and Arches. They took about 2 hrs each. And my legs are still hurting from hiking those 2. We did them in the same day right after each other, but this time....I have to say it was breezy so that was nice...and I was not 7 mos pregnant this time! So it was a better hiking experience this time. (Yes, last time I was 7 mos pregnant with Blake about them same time too). Then that night we went to dinner and walked around town where I got a hat and some capri's and Tony got him some new hiking boots. On Tuesday we did a guided hike through Firery Canyon. That was pretty cool but our guide..... I swear was about 80 yrs old, but we had to stop every so hundred yards, so it took forever (3 hrs), which if you just hiked it, you could probably get it done in 2 hrs or less. It had some difficult rocks to climb over and go through some pretty narrow rock walls! It was pretty cool. Then we just came home since we had already done everything that we wanted to do! It was great weekend. I recommend NOT to take kids with you if you go or wait till they are older to take on a hike! and also....go in April or the 1st of May when It is not so HOT!!! Here are a few pictures to share from it!

MY BIRTHDAY!!

I had a BIRTHDAY, SHOUT "HORRAY"!! Can you all guess how "OLD" I am......well I turned 27 this year!! We had a great day! Tony ended taking the day off and we lounged around in the morning and got ready fed the kids lunch and then took them to the Hill Air Force base Museum. The kids loved it! It is so fun to see them, especially Marissa. She kept saying. "look at this one, look at this one!". It was cute!! She is fascinated with airplanes and helicopters. She loves to look at them and see them fly, especially on my dad's computer!! She cracks me up! We had a great day. Later that evening we went to Tucano's at the Gateway! (Brazilian place). It is way good! FYI: If you join their Birthday club.. they send you a free meal the month of your birthday that you can use! It was fun, then I bought me a shirt at Downeast that I have been wanting!! It was a fun night, so i want to thank my kids and hubby for a wonderful and fulfilling day to spend with them! My kids are growing up fast and i love them so much! They are wonderful and my husband is a great husband and works hard and is a good man! So thanks!! Also thanks to Tony's family and my family for helping out with my kids and for dinner! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
